DELIVERY DETAILS:

Delivery within the UK is a FREE and we will ship the item next working day if ordered before 2pm.
We ship with Fed Ex UK and Fed Ex International offering a service which ensures your goods arrive promptly. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email enabling you to track the status of your consignment online.
Free delivery on all UK orders,
European orders are £10.00 per order.
Rest of World orders are £15.00 per order.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your order, please contact us quoting your product number.
Sudo Attire will normally deliver your order within 3 to 5 days.
International orders please allow 7-10 working days before contacting us.

If you find a better price we will match it - provided:
- It is the same product and offer (including delivery charges)
- The product is in stock and available for immediate delivery
- We are able to verify the offer
Please email our team at sales@suddoattire.co.uk clearly stating the following details;
1. Your name and delivery postcode.
2. The product, price and product code (if applicable) you are interested in purchasing.
3. The URL of the Internet site offering a better price
Once the price is verified either by written evidence (e.g. advert, quotation, dated screen print etc.) or verbally from our competitors we will email you. We aim to reply to your email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
We do not match:
Warehouse clubs or any retail club requiring membership.
Special offers or discount for multiple purchases.
Prices from auction sites or stores trading outside the UK.

Returns Policy
UK Returns

We accept unworn returns for exchange or credit note within 7 days.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection using our correct postal address (as below). If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange.

Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning footwear, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so will incur a charge of £8.
Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. Please include all information regarding your order and fault. All information regarding your purchase was sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)

EU and international returns
Should you need to return your goods, you will need to pay for the return postage.

Please ensure that you declare the goods as 'unwanted returns' for customs. If you fail to do so, we shall be charged import duty by customs. We shall pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods. You should be able to find details about this in the documentation provided by most couriers. If you are unsure, please contact your courier.
